Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all original packaging and tags intact. Opened, worn, damaged or personalized‑made items are not eligible for return.
Return Process
- Send us an email at slogans‑polemic.3n@icloud.com with your order number, item information and reason for return.
- We will reply within 2‑3 business days and provide you with detailed return instructions.
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item arrives defective, wrong or damaged.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5‑10 business days for the funds to show up in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing speed.
Exceptions
- Sale / clearance items are non‑refundable
- Lost packages caused by incorrect shipping address provided by customers are not our responsibility
